I got stock ungreasable ball joints on my 97 F-150 4x4. I have heard one can drill into them and tap the holes for grease nipples. Anyone done this? Thoughts, tips, or alternatives?

This seems to be a pretty popular topic in here and in the Expedition forum. If you take a look there you'll find quite a few ideas on what to do to fix it.
So where abouts in BC are you from?
I was born in Chilliwack. Our family moved up here when I was 8.
I still have quite a few relaticks there. We lived on Annis road if you know where that is.
I drive a 1992 F150 4x4 and the wife drives a 1998 Explorer. I used to do lots of 4x4ing but then I got into stock car racing so I dont do all that much anymore.
I used to have a 1976 F250 with 38.5" Ground Hawgs, lockers front and back, 428 Cobra Jet with 2 four-barrels etc etc.
I raced it in the 4x4 races and mud bogs. Had a blast with it
There are some pretty good mud holes around here and lots of logging roads to explore and mountains to climb
