Let me know If you find a fix,,,, cause I have this, and have had this every time I get new tires. Your truck is riding on the middle part of the tread pattern. The higher the pressure, the worse it is gonna get. Your pressure is about as low as I would want to go. I might be pretty dangerous, but if you put em at 80, it should get worse. The fix for me?,,,, put some miles on em, and NEVER buy 4 tires at once. I have tried nitto dura grapplers, and michelin at2's. It should go away when you can put a straight edge on the tread, and the straight edge touches the entire tread pattern. I know it sounds stupid to never buy 4 tires at once, but my backs wear way faster than the front. I put the new ones on the back, burn them square, then I'm normally good for about two more sets of backs. I never put new tires on the front tho. But the statement about 6 wheels is true, my last 06 was a dually and I never had this issue. I also have a good friend with an 04 with 875k on the odo and his is the same way. Try putting them at 80 and if it gets worse, that's your issue. Good luck.
Did you ever raise the pressure to 80 and road test? Not to be negative, but wouldn't a sway problem be more related to the steering linkage than ball joints? I just replaced all 4 of mine cause the tops were shot and she steered fine before the fix. Idunno, but I would like to know if you tried to raise pressure. Do you have 275/70/18's?
