Vean - 205 is a rock solid t-case. Not a thing wrong with it. Why wouldn't you stick with the standard 203, though? The 205 is configured as a married T-case for auto trans. but you can make it work with a 4-speed. The 203 is configured as a divorced T-case for manual trans.

Well, if you lived closer I'ld tell you it's total junk and that you should just send me an address and toss it in the ditch by the curb and I'ld come by and haul it away for FREE.

i have a 390 np435 divorced np205 i shift that thing in and out of 2wd and 4hi on the move- all the time and i cant break it!
