01 Excursion parts?

01 Excursion parts?
I had a BDS 4" suspension lift kit put on last week, and now I have all these original parts. What should one do with them? Are they worth any more than the metal they are made of? Do people have need for used leaf springs?

I'd throw them up on Craigslist and see what happens. Maybe some rebuilder might be interested in them. I'd venture to guess that anyone here needing to replace springs would probably go with the V swap though.

If you lived closer Sheila, I'd take the rear springs off of your hands just on the off-chance I might wanna do modded B codes in the future.

I DID post pics in the what did you do with ur X today thread! On Friday I think. She didn't really feel that much taller when I looked at her. But she definitely is because I busted @$$ stepping out. LOL. That's what happens when u r 5'4" on a good day.
But here ya go, just cause I can't see her enough...

no clue stewart, it came with the truck! When payday comes I'm getting her some new rims/tires. Then I can start on the improving her horsepower.......

Just the stock 16's now. I want to get the KMC XD Revolver in chrome 18's or 20's, still haven't decided which. But FIRST I have to get my truck towed to town and the belt replaced because the f'ing belt just broke. ARGH.

They are like 185/75/16 does that sound right?
Now, belts can just break can't they? It doesn't mean one of those pulleys is locked down does it? How hard exactly is it to put a new belt on? Could one of your wives accomplish this on her own with no tools? lol
