It is a PIA....

You will have to remove the felt trim at the base of the window once the window is rolled down, then remove the rubber strip along the seam of the window frame, it should slide up and out towards the outside of the vehicle once you disconnect it!

Tried all that. Like I said. the door is COMPLETELY gutted other than the Glass.
The glass is wider than the opening. Do I have to take the metal track off the bottom of the glass(the bonded on piece)?

You have to pull the window upward and out away from the truck.. You will actually flex the glass as you pull.. it freaks a person out as you do, but it is how it comes out!

Hmmm...As I have no experience in these matters, I won't add any BS..

Only thing I'm gonna say on this is...

Brad, could you please reword the title? It's a tad confusing...

I read "Crew Cab Rear Window Removal" and was thinking of the actual rear window....

And then when I read the posts, it hit me you were referring to the SIDE windows....Not the actual rear window...

Just saying....Maybe labeling this thread as to something along the lines of
"Crew Cab Rear Side Window Removal"

OR

"Crew Cab Rear Door Window Removal"

Would certainly help in the comprehension dept., LOL

P.S-Sorry to threadjack here....Just pointing that out...No offense...
