Hard Left Turn

Hey Guys, for the past couple of months my truck has been really hard to turn left when not giving it gas. I have read several issues on here saying it was the pump was bad causing hard stearing. But noone specified a direction like mine is doing. it seems to turn right fine. just the left turns is when it gives trouble. Is my problem the pump? or could it be something totaly differant. It does turn fine while giving gas.

I'm just troubleshooting here, what I would do it put the front end in the air and try it then. If you can get a helper, see if there is any binding going on. Is the steering stab dented?
