That could be normal. Check for bubbles in the radiator. If it looks like a carbonated drink in there, then a blown head gasket is likely.

Maybe the IAC valve is acting up, dirty fuel injector, fouled plug. Could run a compression test to see if any cylinders are low . Is your temp gauge showing a normal read or is it running hot?

hows your radiator ? it could be clogged up with gunk in the bottom and cousing a over heating problem !
hows your radiator cap ? if it is shot then you could be losing water and over heating !
hows the cooling fan and clutch ? if the fan aint pulling enough air over the radiator then it will get hot !
and if you do have moisture coming out the exhaust then dose it come out all the time or just when the engine is cold as in the mornings ? if all the time then I would pull the heads and proceed with checking the heads and or gaskets !

nope it dosnt over heat at all, i just mean when it heats up itll do it, But now that iv ran the liquid glass through it, it seemd to help the problem, and iv flushed my system a few times and have a new cap and thermostat

Maybe the fuel in the fuel rail is vaporizing from engine heat and leaking at an injector that makes it run rough till you get the fuel line pressurized and fuel running through it again. Take a fuel line pressure read cold/hot engine. Also check your clutch on the radiator fan to make sure it is operating correctly.
