SCT - A class act.
So I bought a SCT X3 a few years ago for my 2006 F250 with the v10 and as many of you know, it was totaled out in a rollover about a year ago. Well I hadn't thought much about it until a couple weeks ago when I was thinking of a way to load custom tunes on my Excursion for my Turbo project. I dug out my old X3, but of course it was locked to the PCM on my old truck. I called SCT and explained my situation and they said to send it to them and they would take unlock it for free, which they did and then UPS'd it back to me, good as new.
So I have to say, I am very happy with how they treated me and would definitely recommend them to my friends here.
Unlike Parts Guy Ed, who has not bothered to return emails after two weeks now.
