I am having issues finding the correct seal for the axle tube at the end nearest the steering knuckle. The parts store has shown me multiple seals and none of them are the diameter of the axle housing. Can anyone point me in the correct direction.
You're probably looking for F81Z1S175HCA, it's basically a dust seal to keep debris out of the tube. The one pictured above in @Ken05 's post is for the 2005 and up axle. The tube opening is a different size on those (i think it's larger). It's a better seal, but it won't work with the 99-2004 (and back, the HCA seal goes back into the 90's).
