Engine noisy at start up???

If you still experience noise at startup, I'd drop the oil weight down to a 5W-30 or 5W-40. A 15W-40 is awfully "thick" when cold, though not nearly as bad as straight 30 weight. It would be helpful if you listed your location on your profile, so we knew what climate we were dealing with here.
