so i have been driving the wifes car to work because the weathers been so cold well today i took the truck for a drive and well from first to second gear it felt like it was slipping looked at tack and well it was then it slammed into gear hard no codes fluid levels good just did trans service about a month ago the only thing i can think of is maybe the filter loose or came off what do you guys think

Wouldn't say for sure, but if you've had really cold weather, might just be the fluid is cold and thick and harder to move. Not to say that there couldn't be something else wrong, just a possibility.
