sorry another e4od problem i think

so i have been driving the wifes car to work because the weathers been so cold well today i took the truck for a drive and well from first to second gear it felt like it was slipping looked at tack and well it was then it slammed into gear hard no codes fluid levels good just did trans service about a month ago the only thing i can think of is maybe the filter loose or came off what do you guys think

Did it stop doing it after you drove it a while and got it warmed up?

Do you remember for sure if you got the old oring out before you put the new filter in?

havent drove far enough to see if it quits when warm if it does quit what could it be just need it to last long enough till i get a bts tranny and yes make sure old o ring was out i

Wouldn't say for sure, but if you've had really cold weather, might just be the fluid is cold and thick and harder to move. Not to say that there couldn't be something else wrong, just a possibility.
