E4OD delayed engagement

Whenever I go from a cold start, I have a slow engagement problem in whichever gear I try. I give it plenty of throttle and it goes into the gear I've selected, but the vehicle moves extremely slowly compared to the engine revs. I've got about 60k miles on this tranny, it's been serviced in the last 4k miles, and the fluid level is correct. Any ideas?

I also get an occasional hard, fast shift 1-2 or 2-3, but I think this may just be a result of broken motor mounts, which I need to remedy shortly.

Either the filter fell of or it is sucking air due to it still having the old o-ring on the filter because it didn't come out with the old filter, or it is going out. Possibly a front pump going out and a rebuild will be in order.
