Intermittent Starter Noise
My starter intermittently makes one hell of a screeching sound when trying to start. Usually, the second try is successful. The terminals have been cleaned and greased. I wonder if the cables are simply old enough that their resistance has increased to the point of borderline capability. Any other ideas on where I should look? And, what should my Ohm meter read when checking the battery cables?
