oil sample came back bad :-(

i use sample guns been doing samples with them for about 3 years when i was a lube tech for the city,
and ya i think last time i looked at amsoil for 15qts it was at about $110 for oil at my cost im about to make a big order for a few people and my oil for my diff and my front axel rebuild
now HPOP talk- iv never changed it so say do some say dont its a wast of time and do i change it like the guy on youtube that everyone hates in his video or is there a better way? but i am also about to put a T-500 on my truck as well should i do it then wont that help get more oil out at once?
