Alright ladies and gentleman, here my newly assembled 460! Wait 466! After tons of labor and about 3500 dollars she is ready to be dropped in! Thank god.

Here she is!

That is the Blue Thunder 2x4 intake and there is a 1" spacer under each carb. It should clear the Fairlane hood with no problem since I have a 5" tear drop hood from crites for the car. Hopefully will know in a few weeks if it clears or have to remove the spacers.

I thought it might be a Blue Thunder. That's about the only low-rise 2x4 intake I've seen for the 385's. Is there another brand with a similar intake? If not, why only one manufacturer? I'd like to put a 2x4 on my 429.
