Was back at the junkyard today. Discovered what you are saying about the labeled fuse boxes. I was looknig for a dual relay used on volvos and vw. Found off another site that both of these cars use a dual relay to control the fan but could not find one. It was a good thread about the e-fan but I foergot to save it and can not find it back. If I find it I will post, they had some different ideas on how to power the fan.
Thanks for the help! Tomorrow I think I'm going to order the 2 solenoids and be done with it. Might try something different on my other truck. I'm going to keep looking different circuits to see what to try next.
I saw in your other thread about using great stuff that you've got your fan installed. How did you end up wiring it up?
I have not as yet, I'm waiting for 2 cont. solenoid from ebay. I'm going use this circuit but I'm going to use the second solenoid hooked up to pin 87 like the one in the circuit, 2nd thermo control hooked to ac input. Them hook the leds off pins 87 that open the solenoids. I hoping the voltage will be low enought to not blow leds since there will be no high voltage going through them. Doing a few different upgrades on my truck so I've been bouncing around a little between waiting for parts, rain, etc.

Oh ok, sounds like a plan. I didn't use a solenoid on the low side because it doesn't require nearly the power the high setting does.
I know what you mean about the rain, it seems like that around here if I'm free then it's raining, if I'm busy and have other obligations the sun is shining. I have tie rod ends, steering gear seals, and radius arm bushings all waiting to go on my truck. Maybe this Saturday will be the day! LOL

The solenoids are cheap on ebay 34.00 for 2 shipped.Should make a good solid circuit and easy to hook up leds. If one should go they carry them at local parts store. (twice the price, one for 34.00 bucks but available) If I get a high amp relay and one goes out I have to get another one off the internet.
I work for myself doing landscaping so when it's nice out I usually have to work. Things are slower this time of year so I have to get as much done as i can before spring gets here.
