Sorry to reply 16 months later! About the same when sitting directy behind one of the captain seats - but you have the center aisle open to stretch out into.........We like it alot better this way the past 2 1/2 years

Great write up. Does anyone have two bucket seats they would like to get rid of? I have a bench that is in great condition and needing a new home. I want my kids to be able to walk back to the third row instead of adjusting bench every time.
