I was cruising around the forum when I stumbled across some interesting info. Tried searching and I failed. So here is the question: Is there a way to cancel the auto lock feature in my truck ( 2003 F250 CCSB V10). When I start up the truck and drive about fifty feet the doors lock, that is what I want canceled. Thanks for any info.

So this will cancel all auto lock features? I was cleaning my truck and was gonna move it. Started the truck on the pass side closed all doors walked over to driver side and LOCKED. will this solve that auto lock also?

Thanks, I have been through my manual a few times but must have missed the section where it tells me how to turn off auto lock or disable the seatbelt reminder. Huh, must have been looking for a different answer when I went through it....anyways thanks.

I have a 2011, I dont mind the auto lock, but I hate that when I need to jump out and grab something out of the back, say pull up to load something in the back seats, I have to manually unlock the doors if I dont shut the truck off. I am use to when it goes in park, all the doors unlock.
I have 2 options in the settings, auto lock, and auto unlock, neither will turn this off, as far as I can tell. am I missing something?
Yes it locked without moving. Doesn't it lock right after u start it?
Do you have a an aftermarket alarm? The factory auto lock feature engages when the truck exceeds something like 5mph. Maybe you have an aftermarket system that engages when the truck is on and the doors close. I know I had an aftermarket alarm on my 96 that would lock the doors when started and doors were closed and unlock when the key was turned off.
