No I don't get flashed. Maybe once in awhile. But I'm also sitting up with a 7" lift. Just have to aim them. I have HID hi/low kit. HID low beam and halogen hi beam.

They also have one's that have HID hi and HIDlow beam they cost alittle more. Get either 5000 color temp. or 4300 color temp

Recon sells some good stuff, a bit pricey but look pretty cool and friend of mine has them they seem to work really well

I really like them. You will not use the hi beam. Hi is very dim compared to the low hid. Tim saw the pic's of your Ex all shined up and she's lookin awesome.

I ordered the HID kit you linked too. I'll install it today. Thanks for the tip!
