Superchips Question

I have a 2006 F350 Superduty. I got a superchips programmer and tuned it to MXS and i was getting 16.6mpg on stock I can get almost 18mpg. the tires are 30inch. Anyone else have this issue or are getting different results if you have it. Please let me know I am trying to figure out the deal with this thing. I had one on my Jeep JK with a 4.5 in. lift and 35in. tires and got 20mpg with the programmer. So i know they work. any help would be great.
