No Start When Hot
Here it is. I replaced the STC Fitting, EGR Cooler, EGR Valve, Etc, etc. Truck ran fine for a couple days and now won't start when it is hot. I pulled it down and I am in the process of installing new stand pipes and dummy plugs. I read about an air test, so I left the drivers side valve cover off, removed the ICP, and blew shop air into the port. I am hearing a lot of air/gurgling coming from the HPOP area. I mean a lot, it sounds like I am blowing straight air into the pump. I energized the IPR sensor at the same time. Am I supposed to be hearing that much air coming from the compartment?? I just replaced the STC fitting, maybe an o-ring got pinched or something? Truck ran fine prior to replacing the first round of parts, just had coolant leaking from the EGR. Thanks for any help.
