Bumper bracket question
Went to my local pnp today and they have a 69 pick up there (mostly stripped). I need bumper brackets and there were some on this one, but it had a big step bumper on it. Are the brackets the same or are the ones for the step different? They look as though they could be different but mine has no bumper on it to compare to. Thanks for any help. John

Are you trying to install the factory style contoured chrome rear bumper? The step bumpers were all aftermarket or dealer installed so I do not believe the brackets interchange if you want to install the contoured chrome rear bumper.

Step bumper brackets are step bumper only / If the brackets are welded on, it's not a genuine Ford bumper.
