The bearings are not pressed in, they can easily be removed, serviced and re-installed as well as replaced with new bearings.. Very similar to a front hub.

Get one from a junkyard. Should be pretty cheap. Then you just clean it up, install new bearings, races, and seals and you're good to go. You will need a special socket for the spindle nut. You should be able to get one at Napa or a good auto parts store.
