Go around to threads and say "Great Work!" until you have over 25 posts. Then you can click on the name of the person you want to send it to and it will give you the option too send so and so a private message.

I think I just replied to your thread, but you need 25 posts to PM so use e-mail, instead (assuming the member has enabled that).

Single-click the member's name in one of his postings, a small window will appear giving you some options.

You could also post on this thread until you have enough. Run this thread up then Ctubutis can delete it.

What can happen is, the thread can be edited (posts deleted (which will reduce the OPs post count)) or it can be deleted in its entirety.

The offending author can then be served with either a Warning or an Infraction.

A warning contains 0 points and is just a friendly warning, whereas an infraction is worth a certain number of points; accumulate enough in a certain amount of time and you can lose your posting privileges.

Just like a driver's license.

Both warnings & infractions are valid for a set amount of time and expire after a while.
