Finally deleted again... Only better!

I was able to finally get my DPF/DOC removed again. Only this time, instead of doing only delete pipes, I went full turbo back.

Powerstroker67 two piece down pipe
4" delete pipes
4" DPF back aFe stainless exhaust with 5" polished tip

Deleting was incredible! Now Full 4" all the way... No word for that. Sound, throttle response, zero turbo lag, Lower EGT's.

During idle after a decent road trip and with EOT & ECT at operating temps, my EGT's come down to the 250's as before with the DPF, my EGT's stayed above 300 with the DPF on.

I used to be able to max my EGT's to my defuel setting of 1450 when I was deleted before, with a WOT, I couldnt get over 1350 with the 4" turbo back.

Here's a quick little sound clip. That's with the "No Power" setting on an H&S Mini Maxx.

Only part that was really that much more work was trying to get the stock DP out as a whole. Could have just cut it to start with and saved about an hour. everything else was easy. Whole thing could be done in less than an hour if it's planned well and you knew how to do it.

What did you do to remove the downpipe? Another user on another site gave up after a couple hours and ended up cutting his out.

Same here. Unbolted tranny and pulled to drives side frame, removed trans dipstick. Wouldn't come out. 8" reciprocating saw blade and viola.

Aghh, so you did cut yours out. Seems to be the method that works the best.
