Cranking speed

Glow plugs all look new, haven't had a warm enough day to take 'em all out, and test on the battery yet. But it cranks way to slow.
When I first got it, it would fire off instantly everytime!

John, I need to find a van like yours but with windows. I wish Ford would have seen to compete against the Suburban- Can you imagine a four door Bronco with a factory installed 6.9 or 7.3?

Well, my Suburban is dead since GM didn't think diesels need any more oil than gas engines. I thought about putting that body on a Ford chassis, but the wheelbase is off by 3" and some rot was found in the rockers.
