I have fire to all the plugs and fuel is getting as far as the motors end of the filter. i can get it to fire with ether or a little bit of gas. but im not getting fuel to the throttle body. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
You need to get a noid light to check for injector pulse. I would also check the fuel pressure to make sure it is 32-40psi at the shrader valve in the fuel line.

How do I go about bleeding the fuel system on the same 89 ford pickup, Where is the schrader valve located, i think I may have found it on the fuel rail but im not sure
Thanks much for your help

That would be it. There is no "bleeding" procedure required that I am aware of.
Like whats been said no bleeding. On the fuel rail, were you hook the pressure tester up, it will look like a tire nipple (like where you put the air in the tire, I can't think of its specific name)
Is there any chance the timing is far enough out to prevent it from starting? Or maybe your injectors aren't firing? Do you have a noid light to test them?
The computer triggers ground of the injectors.
Check to see if you have power to them. If not check relay? Does the injectors get power from same relay as ECM power.
