thx midnite, been there, the codes i have say theyre for a 150 or mountaineer, my 88 is a 350 dually.
i found the axle codes, but no spring codes yet

No but that for the rear would be under the Axle code.
Is not the weight rating on the sticker you are looking at?

axle is 45, 7400 4.10 open. weight is 4000 front an 7400 rear, 7400 each rear spring or both ? 2000 a front spring or 4000 ?

The weights on the door sticker would be combined weight (both sides)
