Losing coolant???

I keep losing coolant through the resivour cap, replaced the cap and it still keeps leeking through??? Is the cap the right one for 2008 F-350 diesel???
Is there different pressure ratings for this cap or maybe the threads on the resivour are screwed?? If the head gaskey is going can the coolant get to the engine internaly??

Is the coolant spewing out of the resovior under pressure If so its probably a head gasket , time for a visit to your favorite mechanic..

Do the 2008's have the same EGR cooler problem as the 03/04? Lot's of info on here you can search for if so. I think they fixed it though by 05 right?
