Well, I just replaced my emergency warning flasher bezel because the red cover had been remove (exposing the bulb). Otherwise, it was working fine. So when I replace the bezel, it sparked as the bulb unit touched the spring and bezel. Now the light doesn't work. So I'm assuming I shorted something or blew a fuse.
For starters, which fuse operates the emergency flasher?
Side note: All other instrument panel lights and exterior lights still work.
I believe the 4 ways are hot constantly if Im not mistaken. As to the light...did you see if you killed the bulb itself ??? its the same as the cluster bulbs...
there isnt any relay...only the switch and flasher unit which is seperate from the primary one in the dash harness. Occasionally you will run across flashers that have square or rectangular flashers that have been put in...round flashers are what was used as original.
