Short Bed Dimensions
Hi All,
I am looking to replace the cap on my '99 CC SB. I found a hard tonneau cover fairly close by for a cheap price ($200). After speaking to the guy about it I find out the cover is from a 2009 SB. Are the bed dimensions the same? I did a search which gave me a vague yes, but I figured I would throw the question out to the world. Thanks in advance!

It is the same, but the '08 and up tailgates stick out a little bit because of the step. I believe the cap makers just reshaped their product so that it would fit trucks with or without the step. It should look fine on your truck.
