Yeah, I wanna see pics of the burnt Ex in the shop where it happened. Several posts here asked if the shop burned too but the OP never answered that question. Hard to imagine an EX burning up completely inside a shop and not extending into the shop.......... 30 years as a FireFighter and have never seen a well off vehicle fire in a garage that was not also a structure fire.
I will get around to posting some pics but didn't get any of the garage, it is ok, a little "browned" but ok amazingly. I think the cathedral window shape to the structure helped it survive.
Had an interesting month, looking forward to forgetting the whole thing ever happened!

Yeah, hopefully the mechanic didn't "liked your Ex" and get an old junker Ex outback that he torched then brought it inside and drove yours home.
lol, you actually had me fooled. When you said EB, I was automatically thinking Eddie Bauer, and I actually went to the Ford website to see if they came out with an Eddie Bauer package for the 2012 F150. Then hasteranger's post made me realize, duh, it's EcoBoost!
Congrats on the new truck!
I get confused almost every time I see EB. At first in general it means Early Bronco (66-77), then in the Excursion forum it means Eddie Bauer, and now when talking about new F150s it's EcoBoost!
I just feel so ripped off by this thread...I don't want to sound so cold, but NO PICS...no numbers on burned truck?...no pics or numbers on new purchase??? We here at FTE always want to be graphic and in your business so that we can be a part of these events...you are hurting my nosy little heart!
