Vibration

I am new to this site, I have read several post on vibration issues. I have a vibration, I can not find the solution to my problem. It is in the rear end, or at least that is where you can feel it from 40 to 50, then at 70 to 80.

What I have done. New wheel bearings, new carrier bearing, had drive shaft balanced, all fluids replaced and checked for play in the ring/pinion.
I have had 3 different sets of wheels, and 4 different sets of tires on the truck. I just done a full tune up, with all new coil packs. Rotors are also straight.

With the truck, jacked up in the air it has no vibrations, at any speed.

Check the runout on your axle shaft flange where the rotor meets the shaft. Is it possible there is something causing the rotor not to seat against the axle flange? Also, check the rotor itslef to see if it is way out of round or possible imbalance. You could take the rotor off completely on both sides and block the calipet so it won't compress and take a short ride to see if that may eliminate that issue. Also, is the vibration constant, or does it change with speed.

I can't remember the exact thread title, but look at bed hop threads....I think I am just used to it owning Fords, but I believe it is due to frame flex and harmonics and so on that gives some vibration.

Sorry I forgot the truck info. 2003 F250 4x4 with 5.4 gas. Ext cab long bed.
But I have had each rotor turned to make sure they are straight. I have had this truck since it had 30,000 miles. It now has 140,000 and has only been doing this vibration crap for 4 or 5 months at the most.
As for the bed hop quote, that is true. I put a deep freezer in the back a few weeks ago and thought it was going to jump over the bed side.
