wipers not working

I have a 1997 light duty F-250. looks like a 150 with 7 lug wheels recently got the truck and the wipers do not work. there is no power to the motor on any setting of the switch. I have checked all fuses and they are ok. Are there any other controls for the wipers that I do not know about? Does anyone have any helpful hints? Any help appreciated.

There is a GEM module involved that controls the speed as well as other function in the cab.
It's mountrd on the dash fuse panel.
Look for signs of a windshield leak on that module.
Good luck.

Have two of these trucks and I changed the GEM module between the two and still no luck. The module out of this truck worked in the other truck and I still do not have wipers. I am puzzled I changed the wiper relays, the wiper switch in the steering column and the GEM and still no wipers. Does anyone know where the circuit gets power from?
