If you're looking for help, stuff like this isn't going to provoke a response. I, like many others on here, don't know a lot about the HVAC systems. Would it be more helpful if all of us posted replies stating that we had no idea?

Just like a medical dr. Get a second opinion from another dealership. Hands on is better.

Alot of replies are just that, an "nope, never heard of it" or a " can't say I've heard of that problem before." I did take it to a dealership, as my previous posts show. I was looking for possible advice from someone whom has encountered this problem before. The "how-tos" on this site are hardly helpful, as almost every F250 tip pertains to an F150 & the information is incorrect.

Go & look, but for instance....in my specific troubles I was looking to replace a blend door. The blend door is not servicable in my '11 F250. I believe the YouTube video shows how to service one in a 1998 F150 even though I selected F250 in the options.
