I not going order from internet or buy from dealer.

I would like know what size and it ok to use viton o-ring? I can get like 25 packs for under $7 at Grainger while other places charge $5-12 for 2 o-rings.


Reason why I need o-rings. Mine POP leak no idea how long it was leak. Happened like 1 month when I found mpg from 17 DROP to 14 mpg. It leak so much diesel out that drain valve.

Yesterday I pour 5 gallons of hot water to wash diesel stain on fuel filter cap to inspect where leak. It come from bottom of drain valve.

 

Wished I could help, besides the price I'd rather pay the little extra for exact but thats your call.. Only one person I know here that got they're own o-rings from a local outfit was Eddy (Bigcat350), pretty sure it was turbo o-rings though.

 

Found it #202 with durometer 75 Viton.

But I am still looking for internal o-ring for stem I think 013 viton but can't find if it correct answer.


How fun I just rebuilt that back in July no leak until this DA#N winter coming and now it **** diesel.
