turbo whine
When I bought my 2006 6.0 diseal noticed it had a whine that if you let it warm up would go away my friend is a mechanic for ford in b.c canada and figures its the line for the turbo going in and sucking air, however today being very cold -25 celisus when for a 240 mile excursion (work) and it was very noticable and never went away completely coming down a large hill I hit coast on my cruise control and the when I kicked it in again my engine light went on and it whined all the time turbo was still kicking in had boost anywheres from 5 to 20 psi however whine would disappear under 10 psi or when not pulling hard any ideas
