I don't even know why that is possible. A Lariat, leather and no heated/cooled seats. Nuts.
The truck was prob a special order and the customer never took delivery. He prob had no business ordering such a truck and was trying to save anywhere he could so he didn't want the additional expense.
My2011 FX4 Lariat does not have the heated, cooled seats either. Didn't even know you could get leather without heat. I bought mine in December of 2011 at a substantial savings with the year end clearance, so I didn't argue too much. I really don't care about the cooling option, but I miss the heat.
yep no heated seats
I have a lariat with leather, Nav, sunroof, power rear window, chrome package, FX4, rear cam, 2 tone paint, and noheated seats its stupid but I got a great deal on it sitting on the lot in sept last year

My Lariat that I bought off the lot came with the rapid heat supplemental heater, but not seat heaters. I figured some landscaper contractor ordered it, didn't want his employees toasty in the truck. I could still use them though.
There appears to be some aftermarket kits out there, here's one company linked below. From what I have read, it isn't that big of a job, but the seats need to be remove from the truck. Also upholstery shops do this kind of mod, if you don't want to diy. I may go for this next winter.
X2 on heatedseatkits.com I've had them in my truck for a few years and they still work great.
No, it's not that big a job. Yes you need to pull the seats, then remove the seat covers. Go ahead and order the install kit that comes with hog rings and a cheap pair of hog ring pliers. It's worth the little extra they charge.
No heat/ac seats on my Lariat either. End of the year, great discount and didn't realize it lacked that option until last minute. No other trucks available matched what I wanted (except for the seats) so I went with it.
Our local custom shop will do the heated seats for $400.00 a seat. They wire the heating coil into the seat rather than just a pad, but for the cost difference the pads might be the way to go.
