'03 E350 won't start
A mechanic of a friend replaced a leaky O-ring on the HPO line that goes into the head. Now the van won't start, I was called to check over his work took it a part and found he had used silicone to gasket back the HPOP, I cleaned most of it and put everything back together. Replaced the old oil, and I checked the level in the HPOP and is good, it's buzzing while I wait to start so I assume is getting diesel up to the rail, replaced 1 battery cause it was bad but the other one charged up to 13.2V so they're both good. What can the problem be?
