I use Royal Purple 75w/140 in the rear diff,Royal Purple already has the friction modifier in it,for limited slip,I haven't changed the fluid in the T-case yet but I think it a good synthetic ATF will do..

Amsoil 75-140 for me.
The tag on the rear end calls for 75-140 synthetic fluid only.

Mobil 1 75W-140 in the rear differential, no additive.

Valvoline Mercon/Dexron equivalent for the transfer case.

Amsoil 75-140 Severe Gear and one bottle of the friction modifier from the dealership; also changed out to the 2008 diff cover for added cooling. While not a question from the OP, the fluid change actually made the semi-posi rear lock-up for a while like it should, but that only lasted 25K miles and it is now back to its full-open behavior, so it is looking like a Detroit locker is in the future if I do not want to get pulled out of deep snow again.
