No luck in the superduty forum so I hope to get some help here. I probably should have posted here first anyway since everyone here has the system.
I have a fluid leak coming from the hydroboost where it extends through the firewall. Fluid drips down onto my floormat right behind the brake pedal. Brakes are good and no leaks on the outside....just inside the cab.
I've found a couple of "rebuild" kits online but instructions and information on the procedure are hard to find. Anyone have any suggestions?

From my research, it looks like it's very common for the hydroboost to leak inside and outside on GM vehicles, but there is not much out there on Ford problems. I expect they're very similar or even the same units. I think I'm going to get the rebuild/reseal kit and see what I can come up with.
