reverse lights stay on

reverse lights stay on
hi guys i have a 2005 ford E350 and the reverse lights are staying on and flickering once in awhile when driving any help would be great

i would say that the switch in the shifter column has gone bad

reverse lights
how hard is it to get the switch in the column and have they had trouble with these before

Was wondering if you were able to fix your reverse lights I’m having the same problem with my truck.
