I'll be interested in hearing the reply. If I am seeing this correctly, you have popped capacitors in the logic board, as well as the usual problems on the power board. I think that is a bit unusual.

If we are talking about just replacing those capacitors (round objects with 47 JTZ and 2D0 written on them and split open) then YES, they are very repairable. The problem might be in what other (unseen) component damage there is.
