Jim since you're subscribed on here and burnt my chip, does your's smoke like that, or should I get a reburn on it down the road to tweak some things? Runs great though, and I havn't stopped smiling since I parked it, and can't wait for work to get out so I can hit the highway!
I use "the same tunes" as what I put on the chips.
However, it's been several years since I did my own truck and it's sounding like they have tweaked something in the tunes since then.
The main reason I push PHP tunes is my truck has only a slight haze no matter how hard you get on it, yet I know all 310 hp or whatever are right there.
If you need tuning adjustments you need to contact PHP (or any other tuner) directly and see what they can do for you.
Do you have an upgraded HPOP?

Whitey was my old truck. I bought her from the original owner in April of 2010, and it got totaled April 17 last year. She's famous because I'm a wh0re on the forums
Nope sorry man, the shifter and that part went with the steering column. The guy who bought the column drives a stick though, so if you're in dire need I may be able to talk him out of the shifter.

I'm curious on the smoke as well. I just got my Stage 1's in a month ago or so, and just installed a T500, and PHP tunes. I've only been able to play with it a little because my DMF won't hold the power (new clutch on the way), but it sure does smoke
I've only tried the 40hp towing and 80hp performance so far, but if I even get into the throttle a little, it just pukes the smoke out. Is this normal?

You have to have a chip to see any performance gain with Stage I's, besides that an upgraded HPOP is recommended, as well as gauges...
You don't really NEED anything else. But an intercooler would help with EGT's, as would intake and exhaust.

I literally just picked up my truck from the shop after getting Jim's premium rebuilds in them. I was a bit dissapointed at first. I was only hitting 15 pounds of boost and it wasn't that kick in the pants I expected.
Then I realized the chip was in stock setting. I fixed that at the stop light and about **** my pants when I spun my truck around on the next turn. It's safe to say that she screams and easily hits 30 + pounds of boost. The traffic behind was blacked out by the smoke. I wish she didn't smoke that much, but part of the package i guess until I can get it re-tuned.

No offense, but that's not possible.
You either have a chip that you don't know about or you have performance injectors that you don't know about.
...Or you have a boost gauge that does not work properly.
