Nope, no smoke at all.
I use "the same tunes" as what I put on the chips.
However, it's been several years since I did my own truck and it's sounding like they have tweaked something in the tunes since then.
The main reason I push PHP tunes is my truck has only a slight haze no matter how hard you get on it, yet I know all 310 hp or whatever are right there.

If you need tuning adjustments you need to contact PHP (or any other tuner) directly and see what they can do for you.

Do you have an upgraded HPOP?

Nope sorry man, the shifter and that part went with the steering column. The guy who bought the column drives a stick though, so if you're in dire need I may be able to talk him out of the shifter.

Nope sorry man, the shifter and that part went with the steering column. The guy who bought the column drives a stick though, so if you're in dire need I may be able to talk him out of the shifter.
I'm not in dire need. Mine is taped together at the moment. If he is just letting that shifter go to waste let me know. Otherwise it's not a big deal. I can fix mine for 50 dollars.

That might have something to do with the excessive smoke....

I'm curious on the smoke as well. I just got my Stage 1's in a month ago or so, and just installed a T500, and PHP tunes. I've only been able to play with it a little because my DMF won't hold the power (new clutch on the way), but it sure does smoke

I've only tried the 40hp towing and 80hp performance so far, but if I even get into the throttle a little, it just pukes the smoke out. Is this normal?

If you're getting on the throttle at low RPM's it's gonna smoke bad until the turbo spools. Especially with a manual trans where you can control the rpm... with an auto it usually will downshift before it lugs too bad and starts smoking a lot.

You have to have a chip to see any performance gain with Stage I's, besides that an upgraded HPOP is recommended, as well as gauges...

You don't really NEED anything else. But an intercooler would help with EGT's, as would intake and exhaust.
