Does anyone recognize the brand of this tuner chip? It's a 4 position chip that plugs into the PCM but the brand sticker has been removed. The sole remaining sticker reads:
"---CAUTION--- Using this product without frequent exhaust manifold temperature monitoring can result in a catastrophic engine failure. It is therefore necessary to utilize an exhaust pyrometer instrument capable of measuring manifold temperature upstream of the turbocharger. Under no circumstances should the exhaust manifold temperature exceed 1250 F."
I found this on a 2000 F450 7.3 truck that I recently purchased. I have no idea what calibrations are loaded on the chip but it appears that position 1 is a stock calibration, #2 and #3 might be some sort of tow tunes and #4 is a performance tune. (just making guesses at this point ...)
I thought I'd post this photo and see if I get lucky and someone recognizes this chip. Thanks for your help.

Did your DP chip have the sticker about watching the EGTs?
The switcher is just a rotary **** with 4 positions. (in case that helps narrow down the possibilities....)
I know the Bullydog chips have a warning on them like that, maybe they aren't the only ones though.
Thanks. I suspected Bully Dog also but noticed that my circuit board does not have the screen printed puppy dog like the photo. However, my unit could be an early model which might have just had a sticker of the doggy.
Thanks for posting the photo. The rotary **** looks like mine, the board is about the same shape and has that warning sticker....hmmm, might be a BD chip which would make sense and sorta follow along the same lines as some of the other items that were added to the truck.
Looks like I get to go shopping for custom tunes....
