Replacing the fuel pump
I hae a 77 F-250 CS that needs a new fuel pump. Is there anything unusual in the changeout or is it as straight forward as it seems? The arm goes under the lobe correct?

That's correct, arm under the eccentric. Turn the engine over to TDC before you start the job; this will move the eccentric all the way up and take the pressure off the arm. Use only a flare wrench to disconnect and reconnect the output line.
