A friend of mine has a 2007 f-450 douley quad cab he is having several problems #1 when he has the radio on and uses the turn signal the radio shuts off also if he uses the #1 or #2 seat button the radio shuts off.#2 it smokes like a train he got a ticket for axcessive smoke and the ford dealer said there was nothing wrong(where do i start) #3 the tv doesnt work . any hellp is appreciated

Thats what is living under your dash! You need an exterminator...
But seriously its probly a short in a harness somewhere causing all the various problems all at once.
This is just a guess BTW, we realy cant troubleshoot this indepth and specific a problem on here...

i understand its hard to troubleshoot but i was just looking for a direction to go in thinking maybe someone here had the same problem. i had an f-150 and 350 that the windshield leaked onto the fuse panel and the vehicle was like a ghost was behind the wheel. do they still have that problem or did they rectify it?

Well there you go! Start there! Or, start by asking one specifc question about one of the faults, and someone with the schematics can help you out, I'll bet this will lead to the rest of the faults being fixed because I believe they are all directly related.
Maybe corrosion behind one of the fuse boxes due to miosture. Got to get in there and root around, tell us what you find. Your problem is too random for one to have an exact copy of it...
