ok so my plan is to do a engine swap on my 77f150.
Before i start i need some info.
Has anyone done a ford v8 diesel swap in there truck?
Is the frame on a 02 SD the same as what frame would be on a o3-o7 truck? reason i ask is i have a 02 to get a few measurements off.
i know ill need to swap my axles to dana60's what is the best year to find them from? if any one has info or know where i can find info please post links.
i will be using a zf-6 any info on how any one has done a zf-6 in theres cummins swaps would be awesome.

ok well anyone have info on dana 60 swap to a f150 to support the weight?

 

I'm not sure if anyone has swapped a 6.0 into anything. I do know there is a ton of wiring involved in a PSD swap.
Jeff's Bronco Graveyard has radius arm mounts for the D60, you will have to figure out what to use for springs though as the 6.0 is heavier than anything Ford put in the front of that truck from the factory.
