We bought a 2006 F150 FX4 in april and I was wondering how to remove the keyless entry. The guy we bought it from used the factory code and from what I heard you cant remove the factory code -_-. So i was wondering what wires or fuse i need to remove to unhook the keyless entry.
Have you checked with a dealership to see if they can re-program it or replace the brain box? Or can you purchase a brain box from a junkyard to have a different code?
You can change the code, I believe the factory code is on the back wall behind the rear seat. the owners manual should have the instructions. I am on my smartphone right now, but will look later for an answer

The wife had a Mercury with the pad on the door, you could set up codes of your own and you could change them. The master code (the one on the box) was not changable, so if that's unchanged then you're stuck with replacing the box or leaving it along.
I don't have it on my truck and that car is gone, but IIRC one fuse disabled it but IIRC there were other things on the same circuit.
If you don't want to get it reprogrammed you could disable the keyless entry by taking off the inside door panel and unplugging the harness on the back of the pad.
I will second that adding a personal entry code does not overwrite or nullify the factory code. The only way--that I know of--to change the factory code is to replace the GEM (General Entry Module), as it is part of the firmware.
Then take all your little key fob devices and reprogram the whole group at same time and if the PO kept one, it won't work after that. reprogram instr are in manual.
