Truck Dead AGAIN!! AHHH
Last night I replaced my fuel return tube in my secondary fuel filter housing and then started the truck and let it run up to operating temperature. Everything was find so I shut the truck off. This morning my brother shows up were getting ready to take my truck to go do some work and I start it. Fires up right away it runs for 10 seconds and dies I plugged in the AE and its showing the ICP is jumping all over the place from 350-1900 I am going to try unplugging it and see what happens. My ficm volts are 47.5 and IPR is 84% It sounds like it might be the ICP or Pigtail what doyou guys think

I have read that the IPR should be at 84% while cranking. Has this changed? If it has, what would the reading be?

I don't think injector control pressure is your issue personally, but that's only my opinion. Take it for what it's worth. I would say your IPR duty cycle climbing to 84.77% while cranking the engine over has more to do with the fact that you just had your engine apart for major surgery not too long ago. And you haven't driven it too much since. With 300 climbing to 2K readings, that should be plenty for your truck to start. This is unless your ICP is not reading correctly, which should be very easily verified by disconnecting it, and attempting to start the engine. Your FICM voltage issue seems to be the cause, if the information you're posting is correct. Do your injectors precycle (buzz) when you KEY-ON?

ICP unpluged default value of about 1900 ICP IPR 52% when ICP is unplugged still no start. It tries tofire sometimes. I think its FICM or Batteries. Dropping down to 9v while cranking does not seem good. Should I let the batteries charge fully and then test them before I send my FICM to ed or should I just send it in and get it gone through?
